Unknown persons shot against a police patrol investigating on hash plants near Malades village, Heraklion area, Crete. Three cops were injured (one in the head, the others on the back and the feet) and sent to a hospital.
Note that the police-state is intensified in certain areas of Crete that are considered as drug production/traffic zones especially since November 2007, when a similar ambush against cops in Zoniana, lead to the occupation of the whole village by special police forces, house raids and intimidation of the residents.
